My A/C unit stopped working late last night and I tried to get it back on this morning (on a Sunday) and couldn’t. I searched on google and BBB trying to find someone that would service on a Sunday - I called several places and only Roman Air got back to me (within about 10 minutes of leaving a message). The woman I spoke to on the phone was so kind a professional - she answered all my questions and said that Angel would be out to service my unit. Angel just left my home a few minutes ago - I cannot express enough how impressed I am by this company. Angel was kind, professional and communicated everything that he was going to do. He did a thorough inspection of my unit and he took photos/video of the work that he did and things that he found. He explained why the things he recommended were necessary and I was able to make an informed decision on how I wanted to proceed. He didn’t try to push anything on me to buy and got my A/C working in a timely manner. I will only ever use Roman Air (and hopefully Angel) to service my A/C for the foreseeable future and I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs A/C service.

Angel is very knowledgeable and professional. Clear communication and understanding of services. Service was efficient and he took the time to explain the company values and helped us understand the membership process.

Wow!! I am extremely IMPRESSED with Roman Air!! Magda was so friendly and accommodating on my first call to them and managed to have a technician to us right away for a second opinion! Angel, our technician was fantastic!! 😊 He called ahead, arrived on time, listened to my concerns, thoroughly checked the whole system, and took his time to completely answer all my questions. He gave me a detailed report and explained all of my options with no pressure. Above all, he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. Really went above and beyond and I value his expertise!!

Amazing company! These people are top notch professionals and the most honest hvac company I've ever dealt with. And I've dealt with many here in central Florida. They are either outright scammers like Folsom Electric, they over charge, are not very knowledgeable, or a combination. Thank you for your great service!

Angel, the A/C technician, came out today to perform maintenance on our air conditioning unit. Before arriving, he called to let me know he was on his way, and his communication was very professional. Upon arrival, he immediately put on protective boot covers over his shoes, which I greatly appreciated.

Angel introduced himself and clearly explained what he would be doing during today’s service visit. Throughout the appointment, he kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood the work being performed.

Once the maintenance was completed, Angel provided a detailed breakdown of his findings along with photos documenting everything he inspected and serviced. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism, attention to detail, and thoroughness. Thank you, Angel, for the excellent service.
