I had my AC system completely replaced by Roman Air here in St. Cloud, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technicians were professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. They walked me through every step of the installation, answered all my questions, and made sure the new system was running perfectly before they left.

Gave them a call for a second opinion as we have been dealing with the company named Cool today who were originally referred to us by Home Depot. Sorry to say but Cool today are nothing but a scam… ARTS came to give us a second opinion and did a complete inspection of our unit inside and out and came to tell us how immaculate our unit was and it needed no further work or anything upgraded. They did make a Suggestion on a future possible upgrade that may be needed down the line. They also have membership perks and discounts . We are going to use one of the membership options that they provide. I definitely recommend them.

Update: joined membership today after David serviced our AC system. He was courteous, friendly, informative, and was able to show us what needed to be fixed, which wasn’t so bad as the last time they came was in 2024. There are many perks to being a member so why not. If you haven’t tried them like I said give them a try right now they’re offering $49 check up.

I called for my A/C and they where really fast and helpful, technician Jason was great, professional and had alot of knowledge on what he was explaining. Will recommend any time. A+

Thank you Roman Air for such as amazing job. I had a leak in my AC unit randomly and my carpet was soaked. I called Romain Air and they were able to get a technician out the very next day. David was professional, very informative, and left my AC clean and running smooth. They also offer a yearly maintenance plan which I definitely took advantage of.
