Outstanding, transparent, and efficient inspection of our unit that has stopped working. We were looking for a new HVAC company that we could build a solid and trustworthy relationship with and we feel we’ve found it. Roman Air has been very polite and provided accurate and respectful services as we now have to plan for a new unit. They even lent us a single room unit until we are get our new unit. GREAT service.

We recently moved into a new build home, however, the house was sitting a year prior to our purchase. Therefore, we need the HVAC system evaluated prior to the expiration of the one year warranty. We hired Roman Air for this project.

The Technican arrived promptly and was extremely knowledgeable about her craftsmanship. She was honest and up front with recommendations on the power surge , UV system and maintenance contact. I will hire again
