Yesterday, April 27th, I contacted Roman Air after being referred by a friend because my AC was blowing nothing but hot air. They were able to send a technician the very same day. Before arriving, Adis called to let me know she was on her way, which I really appreciated. She showed up on time, was very friendly, and extremely professional. She took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my AC, what needed to be done, and walked me through everything she was doing. Even my little dog was barking at her, and the way she handled it—talking to my dog like she had been here before—really stood out to me. It showed her patience and great customer service. I will definitely be using Roman Air again for any future AC needs, and I plan to get a service contract with them. I would absolutely love for Adis to be the technician they send every time

I have received the most excellent customer service from ARLINE at ROMAN AIR COOLING & HEAT; Arline coordinated the technicians to come over and take initial maintenance on my AC UNIT. ADIS Air condition technician was so brilliant and kind. She took me to every step and show me what really needed it. Through my HOME CHOICE WARRANTY I WAS ABLE TO GET MY AC RUNNING ONCE AGAIN.
