I decided to give Roman Air a try for my A/C maintenance. I was never truly happy with Del-Air because of their crazy prices, and what felt like scare tactics. Anyway, Jason arrived at my home and was great from the start. He was polite and professional. He took his time to explain everything he was doing. He also thoroughly explained the areas of concern, that he observed, and how they are, or could affect the system. He was very sincere about what he considered "must do" and "should do" and "could do". He was so thorough and transparent about the work he performed. I really felt like I got a lot of value for what I paid. Thank you Jason for your hard work, and Roman Air for your transparent pricing.
