Ductless HVAC Installation Repair

Outstanding, transparent, and efficient inspection of our unit that has stopped working. We were looking for a new HVAC company that we could build a solid and trustworthy relationship with and we feel we’ve found it. Roman Air has been very polite and provided accurate and respectful services as we now have to plan for a new unit. They even lent us a single room unit until we are get our new unit. GREAT service.

had a really great experience with Roman Air. They showed up on time, were extremely nice, and very professional from start to finish.

What I appreciated most was how thorough they were. They walked me through everything, took photos of the system, and clearly explained what was going on. Their quote was also very transparent, they broke things down into what was most important, what was recommended, and what was optional. That made it a lot easier to make decisions without feeling pressured.

They did present some upsell options, but I actually appreciated how upfront they were about it. They made it clear what was necessary versus what was just an add-on, which I respect.

I wasn’t a huge fan of the “club package” approach, but I do see the value of you are sure you want to work with them long term. It’s a good way to stay on top of yearly maintenance, offers discounts for work needed and the fact that it can be canceled anytime without a fee makes it flexible. Club package not a good idea if you like to shop for quotes for repair.

Either way I had an overall very positive experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would recommend the club package to those it fits for.

After 14 years, my AC unit stopped working and I had to decide keep repairing it or invest in a new system. Even though I had a cheaper “AC guy” 😉, I chose Roman Air for the trust, professionalism, and peace of mind they offered and I’m glad I did.
From start to finish, everything was top-tier. Their office team communicated clearly, and Jayson the sales rep, was knowledgeable and took the time to explain all my options without pressure.
The installation team was just as impressive—professional, respectful, and very detail-oriented. They kept everything clean and walked me through the new system and features.
I’ve dealt with multiple AC companies before, and Roman Air stands above the rest.

We requested duct cleaning second opinion since work we had done appeared not to be thorough. I continued having allergic symptoms after the last service. It turns out quite a lot of work was not done and the service man took pictures to prove it. They recommended a thorough remediation plan and implemented measures to insure complete elimination of all microbial growth throughout the system. The value is enormous with the outline of the plan and proper recommendations put in place to help prevent future growth with UV lighting and air purifier as well as dusting thoroughly all vents in the house. Our tech is Angel and he specializes in duct work and was very thorough. He also provided a full report of his second opinion that was helpful to provide to our financial institution and police department with our efforts to recoup our losses from the scam vendor. I highly recommend this company. Attached are pics that Angel took to reveal the large amounts of mold that remained after the scam vendor falsely claimed he had remedied the problem.

Very happy with the service I was provided by Roman Air. I received a postcard in the mail and typically throw those away, but I noticed this was a Veteran owned company and decided to give them a call. I was scheduled within 48 hours and the technician (Angle) was amazing. Angel was extremely knowledgeable and showed me photos of how my system looks and what he recommended for maintenance. The technicians do not work on commission so he wasn’t just trying to sell me something and genuinely wanted to make sure that my system would last throughout the Florida heat. I signed up for their routine maintenance package and look forward to seeing them again every six months. Seriously, give them a call you will not be disappointed!!

Explained every step and answered all our questions. Took his time and actually did a great job. Will be requesting Angel for all my air conditioning needs!!

The technician Angel was very tentative and went about his work with confident and professionalism. After finishing he took the time to explain what he's done and the pricing.
