Excelente servicio. Adis es una técnica honesta, detallista y transparente. Mi aire normalmente no bajaba de 78 y después de su visita y recomendaciones estamos cómodos en 72. Me hice miembro el club de mantenimiento ya que todo el equipo desde Magda, Adis y Angel todos fueron muy amables y me sentí muy cómodo con el proceso. recomendaría a Román Air a mis amigos y familiares al 100%

We had been searching for a trustworthy HVAC company for a long time after being scammed by several shady contractors. We new our unit needed to be changed before the summer and a friend that we trusted told us about Roman Air. We took a leap of faith and gave them a call. To our pleasant surprise, we felt 100% at ease during the entire experience. Ramon came and inspected our entire system including our duct work, unit outside and inside, we were highly impressed with the level of care and detail he explained all of our options. He recommended several repair options to stretch the life of the unit a little longer should we decide to do that.

However, we felt very confident that by the grace of God we found a contractor we can trust and were ready to end all the air conditioning headaches for good. The he proceeded to listen to all our needs to design a new system for our home that met our needs and budget. He addressed several hot rooms we had been concerned with during the design process. He also took into consideration my allergies and helped us learn how we could improve the air quality of our home.

The install team went above and beyond to protect our home. They all wore covers on their shoes, all my property was protected and the entire project was completed in one day. They worked hard and efficiently to complete the project on time. Ben and Jan are definitely being trained and guided by the best of the best.

The girls in the office took care of every details bth Arleen and Magda were kind and patient with all the questions I had (which were many)!

Finally, we received warm cookies in the mail and a thank you card from the team which made us feel very much appreciated as customers of this amazing company. We will refer Roman Air cooling and heating to all of our family and friends as our TRUST AC COMPANY.

The service was outstanding! Our AC suddenly stopped cooling, and Ramon came out right away. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything up and running within an hour. The service was fast, efficient, and very professional. Ramon was also incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Ramon was very nice and professional and checked out my ductwork filming the entire time so that we can see exactly what needs to be replaced.

Outstanding, transparent, and efficient inspection of our unit that has stopped working. We were looking for a new HVAC company that we could build a solid and trustworthy relationship with and we feel we’ve found it. Roman Air has been very polite and provided accurate and respectful services as we now have to plan for a new unit. They even lent us a single room unit until we are get our new unit. GREAT service.

had a really great experience with Roman Air. They showed up on time, were extremely nice, and very professional from start to finish.

What I appreciated most was how thorough they were. They walked me through everything, took photos of the system, and clearly explained what was going on. Their quote was also very transparent, they broke things down into what was most important, what was recommended, and what was optional. That made it a lot easier to make decisions without feeling pressured.

They did present some upsell options, but I actually appreciated how upfront they were about it. They made it clear what was necessary versus what was just an add-on, which I respect.

I wasn’t a huge fan of the “club package” approach, but I do see the value of you are sure you want to work with them long term. It’s a good way to stay on top of yearly maintenance, offers discounts for work needed and the fact that it can be canceled anytime without a fee makes it flexible. Club package not a good idea if you like to shop for quotes for repair.

Either way I had an overall very positive experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would recommend the club package to those it fits for.
