I first met Ramon several years ago when I needed maintenance on my geothermal Unit and after the first time at my house, I knew that I would stay with this company! Very professional, friendly, and excellent communication.

Tech was very personable. He was here little over an hour. With my fee for the service he did and the duct cleaning I am having done was less the everyone else I talked to just to clean the ducts

I've been a customer for awhile but had an experience today that really solidified it for me! Roman Air had been out in April for maintenance and we did some repairs. I noticed a day or two ago that the house was getting hotter but thought it may be due to the high heat. It kept getting worse so I called. I was frustrated and definitely could have been more pleasant but the woman on the phone was so kind and worked with me. The tech came out shortly later and easily fixed the problem and even explained it to me so I could check next time. We will absolutely continue to be customers.
