From to the office to the technician, my experience was even more than 5 star. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Communication was stellar. Our tech was Angel and I have to say he lived up to his name. He was so kind and knowledgeable and a very hard worker. He worked until he got the intended result and we had our AC working again. He never game up. I'm so glad to have Roman Air working for me. I trust them and purchased their maintenance program.

I found them on social media, they did the ac at my church and it could be 1000 degrees outside and it would still be cold inside

I had an excellent experience with Roman Air & Refrigeration. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my system and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but this company truly exceeded my expectations.
