When Certified Hcac Technician arrived at our residence, I was taken aback when she said she was from Roman Air and would be doing our AC's evaluation for the issues we were having. She explained in detail her company's background and my wife and I were really impressed. After her evaluation she went into detail with all the pictures she took and what she recommended. We went with recommendations and are extremely impressed with her company's prices, her professionalism not to mention here friendliness.
I highly recommend this company. They don't give you the bad attitude that other companies do. They treat you with respect.

ADIS did a great job repairing my air conditioning unit. She arrived on time and work tirelessly until the job was complete. She was very professional and I recommend her.

Everyone that I encountered or spoke to over the phone were very nice and helpful. I received a second opinion on some work needing completed on my AC by Roman. I like they have set prices in a book that covers all their work. I enrolled in their program and they took care of all my AC needs.

From the first phone call to the final installation professionalism at its finest! There is nothing worse than coming home to a hot house. My first call was to Roman Air. Arleen scheduled a tech immediately. Ramon arrived and had the system up and running in a few hours. Unfortunately, it would be a temporary fix. He returned the following day and a total evaluation determined that my old system was done. Ramon explained all my options, as well as finance options on the new unit. Thankfully Ramon was able to keep the system running for a few days while waiting for the new system. On installation day Ben and Jan arrived on time and were professional in every part of the process. They were respectful of my property and worked around my barking dogs. I now have a new system and couldn’t be happier. I am a member of their VIP program and it has been the best investment. I highly recommend Roman Air.
