Roman and his crew are phenomenal coming from a person that has done AC and heat in the past for a living when they came out and installed my new unit ductwork furnace and air due to me being retired. I don’t do it anymore. They were very helpful very explaining on all the new equipment very satisfied with the electric bill and the equipment that was put in. House is awesome when it comes to temperature in the heat of the summer if you’re looking for a company to do any work for you regardless of heating cooling or just service I highly recommend this company.

I had Roman Air install a new IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) system in my home, and the difference has been incredible. Their team showed up on time, explained the entire process clearly, and made sure I understood how the IAQ unit works and how it will help keep my home’s air cleaner and healthier.

The installation was fast, clean, and extremely professional. Right away I noticed better airflow and fresher air throughout the house. Roman Air really goes above and beyond when it comes to quality and customer service — they don’t rush, they actually take the time to do things the right way.

I had my AC system completely replaced by Roman Air here in St. Cloud, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technicians were professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. They walked me through every step of the installation, answered all my questions, and made sure the new system was running perfectly before they left.

My home is cooling better than ever, and the quality of their work really shows. It’s rare to find an HVAC company that combines honesty, transparency, great pricing, and top-tier craftsmanship, but Roman Air delivers all of that.

Gave them a call for a second opinion as we have been dealing with the company named Cool today who were originally referred to us by Home Depot. Sorry to say but Cool today are nothing but a scam… ARTS came to give us a second opinion and did a complete inspection of our unit inside and out and came to tell us how immaculate our unit was and it needed no further work or anything upgraded. They did make a Suggestion on a future possible upgrade that may be needed down the line. They also have membership perks and discounts . We are going to use one of the membership options that they provide. I definitely recommend them.

Update: joined membership today after David serviced our AC system. He was courteous, friendly, informative, and was able to show us what needed to be fixed, which wasn’t so bad as the last time they came was in 2024. There are many perks to being a member so why not. If you haven’t tried them like I said give them a try right now they’re offering $49 check up.
