Ramon and his ENTIRE team at Roman Air are Excellent! From Start to Finish, every aspect of their services was handled with professionalism, kindness and consideration to our situation. The always smiling Addy did an honest evaluation on our system. We were given several options from very basic cost-efficient part replacements, to top of the line unit replacements, to fix our HVAC issue. There was never any pressure to choose one over the other, no effort to up sale us into anything we didn’t need or want. It was totally our decision. Because our unit was 23 yrs old, we chose to have a new unit installed, one of the mid-range options. They were all extremely knowledgeable, experienced and accommodating to our need and availability. They were punctual. They communicated every step of the process, from possible finance options (Arlene) to final explanation and demonstration of the new unit. In addition to all listed above, Angel, Ben and Jan also were neat and orderly. After installation, they cleaned up thoroughly and more, probably even some of my pet’s hair. It shows in their work, they all truly love what they do. Great people, solid team, excellent work, wonderful company! Highly Recommend them for any HVAC need!

From the first phone call to the final installation professionalism at its finest! There is nothing worse than coming home to a hot house. My first call was to Roman Air. Arleen scheduled a tech immediately. Ramon arrived and had the system up and running in a few hours. Unfortunately, it would be a temporary fix. He returned the following day and a total evaluation determined that my old system was done. Ramon explained all my options, as well as finance options on the new unit. Thankfully Ramon was able to keep the system running for a few days while waiting for the new system. On installation day Ben and Jan arrived on time and were professional in every part of the process. They were respectful of my property and worked around my barking dogs. I now have a new system and couldn’t be happier. I am a member of their VIP program and it has been the best investment. I highly recommend Roman Air.

I need to shout out Roman Air. I have had my new unit for 6 months with no issues and it was time for my routine checkup. Every single person from the office staff who scheduled the service to the technicians who came to my home were professional and really showed that they care about me as a customer. I continue to be a satisfied customer!
