Very happy with the service I was provided by Roman Air. I received a postcard in the mail and typically throw those away, but I noticed this was a Veteran owned company and decided to give them a call. I was scheduled within 48 hours and the technician (Angle) was amazing. Angel was extremely knowledgeable and showed me photos of how my system looks and what he recommended for maintenance. The technicians do not work on commission so he wasn’t just trying to sell me something and genuinely wanted to make sure that my system would last throughout the Florida heat. I signed up for their routine maintenance package and look forward to seeing them again every six months. Seriously, give them a call you will not be disappointed!!

Great company and service. Always get quick appointment. Very reliable and trustworthy. Angel came to my home and was very professional and informative. Explained every step and answered all our questions. Took his time and actually did a great job. Will be requesting Angel for all my air conditioning needs!!

First time using the company after recommendations. I find them to be polite friendly efficient and most respectful. The technician Angel was very tentative and went about his work with confident and professionalism. After finishing he took the time to explain what he's done and the pricing. He also suggested some things that we should consider doing in future to keep our system running healthier and more effective. Five star to him. We total appreciate it.

Awesome company very responsive

From to the office to the technician, my experience was even more than 5 star. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Communication was stellar. Our tech was Angel and I have to say he lived up to his name. He was so kind and knowledgeable and a very hard worker. He worked until he got the intended result and we had our AC working again. He never game up. I'm so glad to have Roman Air working for me. I trust them and purchased their maintenance program.

Román Air is amazing! Quick service and professional support! They were at my house within 2 hrs of me calling. ADIS was friendly and not pushy! Joined there membership!! So excited to work with them!

I found them on social media, they did the ac at my church and it could be 1000 degrees outside and it would still be cold inside
