His career began as a Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) specialist in the US Air Force, where he played a crucial role in Operation Iraqi Freedom during various deployments. Ramon’s extensive military background provided him with a solid foundation in HVAC/R systems, fostering his expertise and commitment to excellence.

After his military service, Ramon transitioned to the civilian sector, where he has successfully worked with both government and commercial clients. His diverse experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of HVAC/R systems and their applications in different settings. Whether designing, installing, or maintaining HVAC/R systems, Ramon’s attention to detail and dedication to high standards ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Yanelis Roman serves as the Comfort Manager at Roman Air, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to her role. As a military veteran who served in Security Forces, Yanelis developed a strong foundation in discipline, leadership, and teamwork. Her military background has significantly shaped her approach to managing comfort and support services, ensuring a high standard of care and efficiency.

Yanelis holds a bachelor’s degree and has amassed over 20 years of business experience. Her professional journey includes significant roles at Disney, where she honed her skills in customer service and operational management, as well as various local healthcare organizations, where she gained valuable insights into the needs and expectations of clients in the health sector.

Arleen Sosa is a dedicated Administrative Assistant at Roman Air, where she has been a valued team member for the past two years. With her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, Arleen ensures the smooth operation of the office and supports the team in delivering top-notch service to clients.
