Furnace Sales Installation

I've been a customer for awhile but had an experience today that really solidified it for me! Roman Air had been out in April for maintenance and we did some repairs. I noticed a day or two ago that the house was getting hotter but thought it may be due to the high heat. It kept getting worse so I called. I was frustrated and definitely could have been more pleasant but the woman on the phone was so kind and worked with me. The tech came out shortly later and easily fixed the problem and even explained it to me so I could check next time. We will absolutely continue to be customers.

The technician was courteous and thorough. Even though the problem was with the outside unit, he conducted a comprehensive analysis of the entire system (inside and outside). He found the problem then promptly and skillfully replaced the defective part and stayed to ensure everything was working properly. Thanks, Jason, I appreciate your high level of professionalism.

We’ve used Roman Air for the past 2 years. Our first encounter was in replacing our home unit. Ramon and the team were great and he even came back to make sure our system got installed properly, as the builder made many rush decisions and messed some things up with our previous installation.
Recently, we called Ramon again to provide maintenance on our system and in addition, we had them come back to clean our split unit in our shop that was barely blowing air. We work with laser machines and leather. So, we have a lot of air born particles that clogged up our split unit. They cleaned our unit and the outside unit as well. What a difference !!
Both units are running well. We recommend checking out the membership program too. It’s so much better than using a home warranty company who sends people out who rush their job. Ramon makes sure his team are thorough and they live up to their values. We appreciate everything Ramon Roman and the team have done for us.

Gave them a call and they sent someone out the same day to access the issue and was able to get the AC going again. Very neat clean and detailed. Very trustworthy company

AC stopped working overnight on the weekend. Was still able to have a tech show up first thing Sunday morning, diagnosed issue and got us fixed in less than an hour! Excellent customer service! Will use them again and again. Oh and thanks to having their annual membership I didn't have an emergency call fee plus got discount on parts!
