If I could, I would rate Air & Refrigeration Technology Services (AiRTS) - now known as Roman Air - with many more than five stars. They are absolutely amazing. Every single person and technician I have dealt with, starting with Arleen at the office (who is one of the most outstanding, knowledgable office administrators I have ever had the pleasure of working with), to Ramon and Yanelis, Dave, Marciano, Ozzy, and Jason, are all stellar.

Ramon Roman and his team of technicians go above and beyond with every opportunity they get. They have replaced and installed a new A/C in my home, providing white-glove service from beginning to end of the process, covering every step including applying for warranty and coordinating the permit process with the city. And my new A/C unit is amazing!

In addition to the new installation, they have responded to numerous service calls over the past year and a half, and have exceeded expectations with every interaction. They are kind, informative, and thorough.

Air & Refrigeration Technology Services (AiRTS), now known as Roman Air, conducts their business with integrity and the highest levels of competence. They have proven themselves to be trustworthy. I highly recommend them for all heating and cooling needs. You will be in the best of hands!
