From the first contact they were very professional and attentive. They arrived on time, explained the entire air conditioning maintenance process and worked with great care and cleanliness.

The equipment was working perfectly, cooling much better than before. You can see the experience and commitment to a job well done.

Servicio al cliente increible., acompañamiento y asesoria para solucionar mi problema con el aire acondicionado, compre una nueva unidad y la instalaron rápido y todo quedo funcionando perfectamente, tambien realizaron la limpieza de los ductos y nos sentimos tratados con cariño y respeto, despues de la instalacion han venido a mi casa a revisar que todo se encuentre funcionando correctamente., a Arline, Ramon y Jeisson muchas gracias por su excelente servicio., y a la compañia Roman Air toda la confianza y agradecimiento después de cuatro años en los que nos ayudan con los temas de aire acondicionado.

Angel was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable! He took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated!
What really stood out was how much care he showed while working in my home! He made sure everything stayed clean and treated the space with respect!
